Russia’s Raiffeisenbank suffers from technical malfunction
MOSCOW, Apr 20 (PRIME) -- Clients of the Russian subsidiary of Raiffeisenbank experience problems in working with the bank’s online systems and in using ATMs due to a technical malfunction at the bank, a representative of the bank told PRIME on Friday.
“Yes, we are experiencing a technical malfunction,” the representative said when asked whether clients have problems with online banking services.
Some clients may experience problems while trying to withdraw cash from ATMs, the representative added.
Another representative confirmed the malfunction and said that the bank plans to fix the problem as soon as possible.
